One workspace. A coordinated AI team. Your agency’s way of working.
Eight connected capabilities in the product vision, designed to turn scattered information into practical context.
01
A connected property record
Relate each home to its listings, building, people, documents and permitted observations while keeping conflicting claims visible.
“Are these two listings the same apartment, and what differs?”
02
Maps that carry the context
Explore authorized listings against neighborhoods, amenities and last-confirmed availability. Coverage and update times stay visible.
“Show available homes near the park under my budget.”
03
See what changed, and when
Follow dated price, availability and supply observations without treating a removed listing as a confirmed sale.
“What changed around this property since June?”
04
Compare the journey, not just the distance
Set departure times and destinations to weigh estimated routes alongside price and space, subject to licensed map coverage.
“Which homes keep both commutes under 40 minutes?”
05
Matches with reasons
Keep hard constraints separate from preferences, show compromises and flag missing attributes instead of silently filling them in.
“Why is this home on my shortlist?”
06
Explore possible outcomes
Compare editable price, rent, vacancy and financing scenarios. Predictive ranges would require verified local outcomes and tested uncertainty.
“How would a higher vacancy rate change the net yield?”
07
Ask the evidence
Use conversation to query permitted property facts, notes and market records, with source and observation dates attached to material answers.
“Where did the owner confirm the evening viewing hours?”
08
Agents with a clear mandate
Plan replies, bookings and follow-ups inside explicit permissions, with human review for unknown facts, negotiation and commitments.
“Offer approved viewing slots and show me every action.”
THE NATUSAI INTELLIGENCE FOUNDATION
AI that sees connections. And remembers change.
A property is a place, a history and a network of relationships. Our architecture vision brings those dimensions together so an agent can reason with context, instead of starting from an isolated listing.
01
Connected context
Give every property a place in the graph
A unified geospatial and temporal graph is designed to connect a home to its location, building, listings, source records, people and permissions. Each relationship gives a decision more context.
02
Market memory
Understand change over time
Time series and dated observations can show how asking prices, availability, local supply and client preferences evolved, including what was actually known at a past decision point.
03
Useful agency
Let agents prepare the next step
AI agents can turn a question into source-grounded research, a shortlist, a reply draft or a viewing plan. Explicit mandates and action receipts define what they may complete.
04
Intended foundation
One engine for connected work
Cygnus is the intended foundation for graph, location, time-series and agent workflows. Its performance and cost for real estate workloads remain to be demonstrated in representative pilots.
The ambition is more than finding a listing. It’s making the next question possible.
01
Rewind a market.
“What did we know when we set the price?”
Temporal graphs preserve how facts and relationships evolve. Historical replay is designed to reconstruct the evidence available at a decision point, without letting later information rewrite the story.
Temporal graphsMarket replay
02
Follow the chain.
“What is holding up these three transactions?”
Connect the people, financing and document dependencies behind a sale. A transaction agent could identify the missing step, propose who needs to act, and keep the whole chain moving.
Connected transactionsAgent coordination
03
Stress-test the future.
“What if rent falls and financing costs rise?”
Explore a portfolio through explicit scenarios. Compare vacancy, running costs and local changes, and see which assumptions matter most. Validated predictions are a future layer, with ranges and uncertainty.

AN AMBITIOUS VISION. A CONSIDERED PATH.
Rooted in Romania. Built to go further.
Agency operations, personal agents and an international marketplace are part of one vision. Each release will earn its place through useful data and real customer outcomes.
1
01 / Prove the workflow
Start with real agency work in Romania
Test an end-to-end enquiry, client brief and viewing workflow with a small team, approved property data and measurable human review.
2
02 / Connect supply and decisions
Grow a permissioned property network
Expand authorized inventory, consumer discovery and local intelligence as coverage, freshness, comparable evidence and paid demand are proven.
3
03 / Earn each new market
Carry the model beyond Romania
Enter selected European markets one by one, adapting rights, language and workflows locally before pursuing a wider international marketplace.
Product in development. Release scope, pricing and launch dates will follow validation. The examples on this site are demonstrations of the vision, not a live property service.
This site presents a product in development. The proposed first test is a scoped Romanian agency pilot; broader consumer, intelligence and marketplace experiences will follow only as data rights and product evidence support them.
Who is it for?+
The product vision includes agencies, buyers, renters, sellers and property investors. Each will have a distinct agent and permissions, while sharing property facts that may lawfully be used across the platform.
Where will property information come from?+
The intended supply is direct owner and agency submissions, developer feeds and licensed partnerships. A public listing is not automatically licensed for reuse; every source needs its own rights and freshness rules.
Will the AI value my property or predict returns?+
Indicative estimates and scenarios are on the roadmap. They will need enough verified local evidence to show a useful range and uncertainty. Asking prices, confirmed sale prices and your own assumptions will be labelled separately; no return is guaranteed.
Can an agent contact people or make decisions for me?+
The design uses a defined mandate for channels, topics and actions, plus records of what happened. Unknown facts, offers, negotiations and other material commitments go to a person for review or fresh authorization.
Where will it launch?+
Romania is the first intended market. Expansion across selected European markets and later internationally depends on local inventory rights, language quality, useful coverage and demonstrated customer demand.
